Wins at Winston National
The Skyland Farm team enjoyed a fantastic show at the HITS Winston National, August 12-16 in Culpeper, Virginia.
Farnley Marathon and Emma Pell won all of their jumping classes in the Registered Virginia-bred Pony Hunter section for the championship, and Twizzler and Mosie Pennington captured the reserve tricolor.
Mosie and Judy Hahn's Twizzler also made their Small Pony Hunter debut, resulting in championship honors. Mosie also earned the reserve on her Dreamscape for a sweep!
Additionally, Emma Pell and Santos placed third in the $4,000 Pyranha Medium Junior/Amateur Jumper Classic as well as second in the USET Talent Search Medal. Emma and Catano also placed ninth out of 27 in the $10,000 HITS Prix on Friday as well as fourth in the High Junior/Amateur Jumper speed.
