Skyland Farm riders traveled north of the border to Swan Lake Stable’s Mason Dixon Classic in Littlestown, Pennsylvania in late July.

Chiara Parlagreco and Denice Perry shared the ride aboard Cirena in the jumper divisions and both took top honors. Chiara and Cirena topped the competitive NAL/WIHS/M&S Adult Jumper Classic over 19 other competitors. With Denice aboard, Cirena won a class in the 1.20m jumper section and earned the reserve championship tricolor.

HJ Vasco and Colleen Hahn also took blue ribbons home to Virginia from the jumper classes. They placed first and second in the 1.0m jumpers and earned the section reserve championship as well.

In the pony ring, Virginia Bonnie and Prom Queen made their presence known and were the overall winners of the Pony Hunter Classic after winning both rounds! In addition, Virginia guided Tustin Farm’s Wink And Smile to the second- and third-placed spots in the Pony Hunter Classic producing two more great rounds. Both ponies also earned blues and top placings in their respective Small and Medium Pony Hunter sections.

Abbie Taylor and Linda Taylor’s Here ‘Tiz continued their consistent performances in the competitive 3’3″ Amateur-Owner Hunter section, taking nice ribbons throughout the two days of competition.
